In a historic factory complex in Florence, the architect Claudio Nardi and his daughter Alice designed 8 suits -studios :Riva Lofts’, in Florence Italy.
Riva loft is a unique boutique style that combines domestic residential atmosphere with a French "studios" spirit
Each studio has independent entrance and a modern design yet warm natural with an Italian traditional touch.
The studios size is also independent( from 30 to 100 square meters) as well as in form and layout, some with private terraces, others opening directly onto the garden. A few have panoramic views toward the Parco or toward the imposing and elegant Cupola of Brunelleschi.
All guests have access to the large cross-vaulted sitting room with bookcases and fireplace overlooking the private garden and the metaphysical swimming pool in white sandstone.
