venice architecture biennale 2008 preview

Taxi cab drivers, bakers, cashiers, writers, singers, politicians, cooks, scientists and doctors.
anyone but architects are participating in this year's brazilian pavilion. presented are approximately fifty individual's interpretations of architecture in relation to spaces which they have inhabited, along with their dreams,hopes and memories. any built or imagined space they have experienced and which makes up the basis of
their personal, family and professional lives is shown. a long table is present for visitors to sit down and look
through the material which has been compiled through models, interviews and photo documentation.
large blank books are also provided for visitors to add their own statements to the collection.
